Authorized Services Network Awards

At EMC, we strive to excel in every aspect of our business—from product quality to service and support. Our EMC Velocity² Authorized Services Network (ASN) Partners play an important role in helping us meet this high standard.

To recognize the valuable contributions that our ASN Partners make, the EMC Velocity² Program presents two types of awards each fiscal year.

Authorized Services Network Quality (ASNQ) Awards

ASNQ is a survey program that solicits feedback from customers on the quality of service they receive. This project-specific feedback can help partners drive continuous improvements in their service methodologies and delivery.

ASNQ Awards are presented annually to partners who have demonstrated sustained service quality excellence, as determined by ASNQ customer surveys.

Velocity² ASN Partner of the Year
